Warranty Policy:
MTC Bio stands behind the quality and performance of our products. Warranty terms vary by product category and are specified in the documentation accompanying each item or available upon request. In general:
- Most durable equipment and instruments are covered under a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
- Consumables and disposable items are warrantied to meet stated specifications at the time of shipment.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.

Return Policy:
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by contacting MTC Bio customer service.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products
- Custom or special order items
- Products with expired shelf life or close to expiration
MTC Bio reserves the right to inspect returned items and determine eligibility for refund or credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
